Restoring Self in Community
Please join us for a class to release tension, move your body, breathe deeply and meditate in community. Tom will lead us in gentle movement, breathwork and a meditation session to support our personal and collective well-being. This community class is free and open to all, to bring connection to ourselves and each other!
Please bring your own meditation cushion or pillow.
Tom McCook is Founder and Director of Center of Balance and is a nationally-recognized health and movement specialist with over 20 years experience. Tom is certified in Pilates and has been teaching certification courses since 2001. He designs programs for health and overall performance for working professionals, people recovering from injuries, and athletes. He conducts workshops and retreats in the U.S. and abroad.
