Release tension, move your body, breathe deeply and meditate in community. Come join us for this mid-week class to deepen our connection to ourselves and each other! As part of our commitment to support community organizations, we will donate 100% of the income of each class to Second Harvest Food Bank. Another great reason to join us for class and help us give back!
Second Harvest Food Bank is the primary source of donated, surplus, and purchased food for non-profit agencies in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties. In fiscal year 2011, they distributed 45 million pounds of nutritious food to low-income people in need from Daly City to Gilroy, and from the ocean to the bay. Second Harvest provides food efficiently through innovative direct-service programs and by collaborating with a network of more than 300 partner non-profit agencies operating at more than 650 different food distribution sites. Partner agencies include shelters, pantries, soup kitchens, children’s programs, senior meal sites, and residential programs.
