Welcome to Bodhi! We’re excited to introduce the all-new Bodhi Suspension System from Balanced Body! Bodhi combines the stability and strength of suspension training with the refinement and precision of Pilates for an invigorating workout.
The Bodhi Suspension System offers four potential points of suspension to maximize stability training and proprioception while providing many options for creativity. Taking the body out of alignment with gravity fires the core stability muscles and develops integrated, whole-body function and flexibility. Learn exercises for the upper body, lower body and core while experiencing the body’s dynamic relationship to gravity. Bodhi will wake up your deepest movement foundations and help you improve strength and balance!

Private & Group Sessions
We offer private sessions and small group sessions on the Bodhi System, as a stand-alone practice or integrated with a Pilates program. If you are interested in Bodhi groups, we recommend taking 3-5 private sessions for assessment and skill development before joining a compatible group. Try our Welcome Package to jumpstart your practice!
