Experience why Pilates is so effective! Equipment Essentials will give you the tools to condition your body and move better at any age. Whether you’re just starting Pilates or want to freshen up your skills, this workshop is a safe, effective and energizing way to do it! Equipment Essentials will teach you the fundamentals and essential Pilates exercises, on the Mat, Reformer, Wall Unit and Chair. You’ll increase your awareness and ability, with a noticeable carry-over into how you approach your everyday life. This workshop is a great prep for students interested in joining an ongoing Pilates equipment group.

This is open to all levels of students - no experience necessary! No injuries please. Pre-registration and prepayment are required. Please call Center of Balance at (650) 967-6414 to reserve your place.
Please allow a minimum of 1 week notice if you must cancel your registration, otherwise you will be responsible for the full cost. We will refund your payment only if we can fill the slot. This is a tuition-based course with no make-up sessions offered.
