Franklin Method

The Franklin Method is an important part of our teaching approach at Center of Balance. The Franklin Method is an innovative educational program integrating imagery, experiential anatomy, touch and movement. Developed by Eric Franklin of Switzerland, this technique explores the benefits of the mind–body connection by teaching evolutionary design, imagery, and the dynamic movement of bones, muscles and organs in relationship to each other. The Franklin Method teaches how the body is designed to move which helps enhance function, release tension, improve balance, coordination and strength, and develops awareness that you can take into all aspects of your life!

At Center of Balance, we integrate Franklin concepts and techniques into our private sessions and classes. We find this approach improves your exercise session by helping you experience your body in new ways, leading to healthier movement and state of being.
