This specialized group for pregnant women offers a conditioning-based workout on the Pilates equipment, with emphasis on awareness and activation of the pelvic floor. You'll learn valuable tools to address posture and balance issues, plus support the transformation of your body during pregnancy and the post-natal healing process.
